Aerobics is the form of exercises that increase the oxygen consumption by the body. Any aerobic exercise consists of three phases – warming up phase, then twenty minutes of rigorous or moderate exercise and then a cooling period. Aerobics is perhaps the best form of exercise for the empty pockets as well as the overflowing ones! Well, aerobics is very simple to perform. All you need is a good trainer or perhaps even a good DVD will do!
The investment part of it is very low and includes only a mat, a small space and a good pair of shoes. Aerobics is just physical exercise; so you can always take your two or three days’ break which you cannot do in weight training or other exercises.
