Water is an essential part of our diet. It is one of the most important as it helps the most in digestion of food and quenching our thirst. Added to this, water contains a lot of oxygen which helps to regenerate the lost energy in our body. And we use water to bathe as it also helps in cleansing. With so many good properties, it is definitely a wealth. Unfortunately we don't have too much of potable water available on our planet. Salt water is definitely not fit for drinking directly and has to be purified. With summer setting on, water is one of the most sought after item in this world! Thirst can kill! Yes it can! So never go thirsty! Have some amount of water handy so that you can drink it up whenever required! Don't be out in the sun too long! In case you want a better explanation, then here it is, the water lubricates the food stuff that’s present in your stomach and thereby makes it better and easier for digestion. If the food is too hard to digest, then you will definitely have problems with your digestive system. It has been suggested that one should have at least 8 glasses of water a day. Also note that 70% of our body comprises of water so water is very much essential!
