Go for a morning walk!

One of the best energisers in our lives is of course a morning walk. But this should be around a couple of miles at least. You should’nt just walk around your garden and say that you’ve completed your walk. Many of us have a problem of getting up but in some cases we don’t have such a problem. In case you cant get up, you will definitely need to use your friendly alarm clock that shouts its head off to make you open your eyes. And one of the best inventions is of course the snooze option in clocks. Kindly switch that off! That makes you even more lazy! After you wake up, don’t start running directly! Instead wash your face and get somewhat fresh and go for your walk. In case you are fit, then you can actually go for a morning run rather than a walk. This would be certainly benefitial. Whats more is that a morning walk or run helps increase blood flow and reduces the risk of a heart attack by a large extent. You must have seen many people out there who are hale and hearty and believe me,all of them go for their morning excercises regularly. Try it out and know the difference yourself.
