Building your muscles

There must have been many people out there who were unsuccessful in building their six packs. Well actually I am one of them! But now since I've got the right idea about muscle building, I am halfway through! Many have the misconception that eating very less and exercising a lot gives you muscles, but unfortunately this is not the correct way. You have to eat well but limit the amount of food. Also you have to exercise only to an optimum level and should not strain yourself too much. In case you strain yourself too much, you will end up losing the remains of your muscles rather than building new ones! Quite a few gym trainers who have little or very less knowledge about training will make their clients to go for heavy weigh lifting exercises to make their clients slim. This is definitely wrong but they seldom know it. In the end, the client ends up bruised and battered and added to this they would have lost the little muscle they had. Always go for controlled muscle building and don’t exert yourself too much!
