Heart attack is a dangerous one and mostly aged people are affected by this. Heart is an important organ in our body and it is covered by strong muscles. The function of our heart is to circulate the blood throughout the body and also it is the one to purify our blood.Normally heart attack will occur due to accumulation of fats in heart muscles. These fats are responsible to reduce the blood circulation even it stops the circulation hence fats and cholesterol will leads to heart problems. So it is best to avoid fats and cholesterol in our food.
Heart problem will occur due to high blood pressure, chain smoking and tension. It is also occur due to over cholesterol, high sugar, over weight and even depression. It can also be a heredity disease. By doing exercises regularly, heart problems can be reduced.
Normally the heart problem patients should not eat more and they should take only good healthy items. They should avoid smoking and they must have capacity to control tension. These are some ways to prevent heart attack.
